Ufos One Year At A Time 1951 Revisited

The Bethune Flight 124 air miss of 1951Feb. 10, 1951; off Newfoundland, CanadaOn the night of the UFO encounter, a four engine Navy R5D transport was flying west over the Atlantic. On this trip the 30-year-old pilot was bringing two flight crews home from special duty in Europe. Including his own crew there were over twenty-five pilots, navigators and flight engineers aboard the transport. The National Archives turned up a number of supporting documents on this case, including Air Intelligence Information Reports by five of the crew members. Although it isn't documented, reports indicate the object was tracked by ground radar. On February 10, a US Navy flight, Atlantic/Continental Air Transport Squadron one, located at USN Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland, was out of Keflavik, Iceland at 49-50 degrees north latitude and 50-03 degrees west longitude about 150 kilometers [90 miles] west of Gander, Newfoundland out over the Atlantic Ocean. The aircraft was probably bound for Gander to refuel judging by its position and course of 230 degrees true, though the report does not mention this. US Naval Reserve Lieutenant Graham Bethune, copilot of Flight 125, was occupying the captains seat on the left side of the cockpit in the passenger plane when he first sighted a huge object [at least] 300 feet in diameter on a near collision course with their aircraft. The copilot stated in his official report, ^3...I observed a glow of light below the horizon about 1,000 to 1,500 feet [330-470 meters] above the water. We both [the pilot as well] observed its course and motion for about 4 or 5 minutes before calling it to the attention of the other crew members....Suddenly its angle of attack changed. Its altitude and size increased as though its speed was in excess of 1,000 miles [1,670 kilometers] per hour. It closed in so fast that the first feeling was we would collide in mid air. At this time its angle changed and the color changed. It then [appeared] definitely circular and reddish orange on its perimeter. It reversed its course and tripled its speed until it was last seen disappearing over the horizon.^2 The copilot^1s report goes on to say that the object came within five miles of their aircraft which was borne out by radar evidence of the encounter because the object had been tracked by DEW Line Ground Radar at the base in Goose Bay, Labrador. Publicly, the Air Force made several attempts to explain the sighting as the aurora borealis (northern lights) or a meteor or a fireball or the Moon, but behind the scenes the encounter was being taken very seriously. The number and quality of UFO sightings in the region in 1950 prompted the government of Iceland to request military aid from the United States. Apparently what we know today as UFOs were interpreted as experimental Soviet bombers. After 50 years of waiting, no craft with this description or performance has shown up in any Earthly inventory, Russian or American. This event, and others like it, prompted the development of the Air Defense Command. The debriefing by the ATIC (the Air Technical Intelligence Center) resulted in report that went to Project Twinkle. But when Commander Graham Bethune, the co-pilot in the R5D finally saw the report in 1990, the UFO was explained away as aurora borealis, what is commonly known as the Northern lights. Anger seized Graham Bethune, an experienced pilot who had done the crossing of Northern Atlantic more than 200 times, when he discovered that he was and his crew were supposed to have seen northern lights and confuse them with an interplanetary spaceship. Maj. Donald E. Keyhoe: When the plane landed, the entire crew was interrogated by AF Intelligence officers. At their destination, Patuxent Naval Air Station in Maryland, the pilot and the rest were questioned again by Naval Intelligence and required to sign full reports. Later, a government scientist (supposedly from the CIA) confidentially showed the pilot secret UFO photos - one portraying a disc like the one over the Atlantic. In a final interview, the commander was interviewed by Air Technical Intelligence officers at Wright-Patterson AFB. But none of the Navy or Air Force men, or the government scientist, would answer any questions about the UFOs. Flight crew members said an orange rimmed with dark center UFO was approximately 300 ft. in diameter and was first spotted hovering over the water. As their plane approached and got closer to the object the UFO must have been startled by the unexpected visitors and began to change colors and grow in size and made an advancement towards their position. The giant UFO shot up towards them and the startled crew members banged their heads during an effort to try and duck for cover. the object then paced the Airplane and positioned itself about a hundred feet below and about 2 hundred feet ahead. after a short period the UFO reversed direction at a very sharp angle and disappeared over the horizon. Although there is no picture of the object, there was enough witness testimony along with the object being tracked on DEW line ground radar at the base in Goose Bay, Labrador to validate the sighting. crew members upon landing were interrogated by Air Force intelligence officers and later interrogated by Naval intelligence. the entire crew was instructed to fill out reports about the incident. this event was registered in the project blue book records and the project card lists this sighting as an Aurora display ! PHILIP J.KLASS: A REFLECTION OF THE MOON: The Gander case was drawn to the attention of debunker Philip J. Klass, who examined the Project Blue Book records, made an independent analysis, and reported his findings in one of his books "UFOs Explained (1974)." By establishing the exact position of the moon below the horizon, the presence of stratus clouds with ice crystals on the horizon, and the degree of below - the - horizon coverage due to refraction in the atmosphere, he concluded that what the pilots had seen and described was a lunar reflection, a "Sub Moon." In my numerous years as a UFO investigator I have encountered many cases that prove to be misidentifications of unfamiliar objects, and occasionally of familiar objects seen under unusual conditions. But until my analysis of the Gander case, I would have had difficulty believing that so many experienced pilots and others in a flight crew could mistake the moon for a giant UFO that seemed to be zooming toward them on a collision course. One contributing factor in the Gander case, may have been the fact that there had been a considerable number of UFO reports in the press during the several months preceding this incident, and in 1951 the possibility of alien spaceships was still a conceivable hypothesis. Philip Klass actually re-issued the exploit of a non credible public explanation of the Navy at the time. He does not explain, though, why the sigthings were so carefully examined by the military investigators, if it was only a reflection of the moon as he claims or an aurora borealis as the Air Force's ATIC claimed. Not one of the witnesses agreed with such explanations. Philip Klass has also failed to explain how a reflection of the moon can be detected by ground radar, and how it can be detected at the coordinates where the visual sighting occurs. Also unexplained, the process in which a reflection takes a collision course, then makes a U turn to avoid the collision. He also forgot the other luminous spot that did not raise up to the plane on a collision course but stayed at the lower altitude. Had he not forgotten it, he would certainly have concluded that these other lights were reflection of Mars, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn.2001, BETHUNE JOINS PROJECT DISCLOSURE: Lieutenant Graham Bethune, a main witness in this case, is now a retired US Navy commander pilot with a top-secret clearance. In 1951, Bethune was assigned to fly high-ranking US military officers and civilians from Keflavik, Iceland, to Ardentia, Newfoundland. He added that he had felt lucky that his plane's control functions were mainly hydraulic rather than electrical. He said it was not until much later that he realized his sighting corresponded to the other unusual reports in Iceland, but he knew immediately that the object he saw could not have been a human aircraft. Bethune noted that his onboard magnetic compasses were spinning wildly while the mystery craft was nearby. Graham E. Bethune said he had been told by military personnel in Iceland that there had been many other sightings of unusual aircraft in that area, which were assumed to be some new Soviet weapon. Years later Bethune was able to retrieve the reports from the National Archives and confirmed that the UFO they encountered that night had traveled 10,000 feet straight up in a fraction of a second and was tracked on radar at 1,800 miles per hour, well exceeding the 500 miles-per-hour capacity of the most advanced man-made craft at that time. Former naval commander Graham Bethune was typical of many giving evidence at the Project Disclosure press launch in Washington on May 9, 2001. He reminded the audience of how he was piloting between Iceland and Newfoundland on 10 February, 1951 and encountered the UFO: We had 31 people on board and a psychiatrist - we all witnessed it," he said, before adding to raucous applause: "I will testify under oath before Congress that everything I have said is true. February 19, 1951, Mount Kilimandjaro, Africa:The regular East African Airways morning flight to Mombasa took off from the Nairobi West Airport in Kenya, Africa, on February 19, 1951 at 07:00 am. The Lockheed 18 "Lodestar" two engines airplane had 9 passengers, 7 men and 2 woman, and a crew of 2. The weather condition was that of a bright clear sky. At 07:20 a.m., the plane's radio officer, Dennis W. Merrifield, called the pilot, Captain Bicknell, to draw his attention to a bright object like a white star or light, suspended in the sky about 10,000 ft, near Mount Kilimandjaro. The two observed the UFO for 3 minutes before calling it to the attention of the passengers. One of the passengers then proceeded to scrutinize it with a pair of powerful navy binoculars. Meanwhile the radio operator hurried off a description of the object and a resume of the encounter to Eastleigh, the nearest reception station. The sighting was reported in the newspaper The Nairobi Sunday Post, in their February 25, 1951, issue, including statements by Captain Jack Bicknell: "The Lodestar plane left Nairobi West at 7:00 a.m. At 7:20 a.m., the radio officer drew my attention to a bright object like a white star hanging motionless about 10,000 feet above Kilimandjaro. My first reaction was to say nothing. We watched it for three minutes. Then we told the passengers about it. One of them had a very powerful pair of binoculars with him and he began to study it. In the meantime, we put a radio message through to Eastleigh describing it. Eastleigh asked us to check whether it was a meteorological balloon. I then examined it for several minutes through the binoculars. Through the glasses, I saw a metallic, bullet shaped object which must have been over 200 feet long. At one end was a square-cut vertical fin. Its color was a dull silver, and at regular intervals along the fuselage were vertical dark bands. Its whole outline was clear and sharp and there was no haziness about it at all." The passenger who had binoculars was an American, Captain H. B. Fussell, ret., a Newport, Monmouthshire, sports dealer. He reported: "Through the glasses the object appeared bullet-shaped. The color was whitish-silver with three vertical black bands down the side. For 10 minutes it remained stationary, then it suddenly rose vertically by 5,000 ft. Again it became stationary, then a minute later, it rose again and moved laterally away at great speed, probably 400 mph." When confronted with the theory that it might have been a balloon, Captain Fussell rejected that explanation: "How could a balloon hover motionless and move at 400 mph in the same weather conditions? The object was definitely metallic." Another passenger was a radio officer from the American freighter Robin Mowbray. He said: "I couldn't swear to it but through the binoculars I thought I could identify a row of circular windows." This passenger was accompanied by Charles J. Vernon, purser of the Robin Mowbray and also an American who said: "The object must have been immense, two or three times the size of the largest passenger plane." The suggestion that it was a balloon was thus eliminated. The Lodestar occupants continued to examine the clearly defined, bullet-shaped unknown. Three attempts were made to take photographs of the object. Charles J. Vernon photographed it, Captain Fussell took a picture with his miniature camera, and radio officer Overstreet shot 30 feet of color film with a telescopic lens on his cine camera. After landing at Mombasa, Captain Fussell developed his film in the presence of a newspaper reporter and a commercial photographer, who could certify that the film was not faked or retouched. Three of his shots showed nothing and the fourth showed a small dark object. The shots by Charles Vernon showed nothing. Overstreet's film could not be developed immediately, color movie demanding a development facility that wasn't available. According to the newspaper Natal Mercury, "a passenger" took a film, that, when it was developed, did show a clear and sizeable image of the object. Bicknell said that as the plane was some 50 miles from Mount Kilimandjaro: "It was absolutely stationary, and remained that way for 17 minutes." And: "I timed the object for 17 minutes while the Lodestar held its course. Twice it rose vertically to a final height of 40,000 ft. (12,500 metres), then it moved east towards the coast at a terrific speed." And: "Then it began to move eastwards, rising as it did so. It disappeared at about 40,000 feet. The machine left no vapor trail, and it had no visible means of propulsion. My impression was that it was definitely a flying machine of some kind." At some later date, both Bicknell and Merrifield stated that they felt the object was a craft of some sort, and Merrifield said that it must have been a machine... "... 500 years ahead of its time." Bicknell made the following drawing of the object in the affidavit he immediately prepared after landing at Mombasa, which Merrifield and all the nine passengers signed: The balloon or cloud possibility was definitely eliminated when after 17 minutes, the UFO began to rose, reaching a speed that was evaluated as about 1.000 miles per hour, and it disappeared from sight into the upper, cloudless sky. Reporter Richard Heiden detailed the story and indicated that all nine passengers and the crew signed an affidavit giving a very clear report. The was some mystery on the whereabouts of the film shot by Overstreet: Captain Bicknell said that he later learned that Overstreet was on his way to the United States to show the film to the authorities there. He said the name of the ship on which he was traveling was mentioned to him at the time, as well as the date of his expected arrival. But in spite of repeated requests from him for further news, he never managed to get any news as to the whereabouts of Overstreet and his color film. The Natal Mercury newspaper in Durban, South Africa, had published both a story about the sighting and, it is believed, a photograph of the UFO, which was said to come from Ray Overstreet film of the object. Debunker James Moseley said there was no mystery to the film's fate: "The film exists; it was examined by the US Air Force. It was found to be little more than a bouncing bit of light and was returned."

The physical appearance: It was large, bulky, roundish, almost octagonal with rectangular lights around the perimeter leach light was long on sides and shorter on top and bottom.

It was below the clouds about 500 m off of the highway south of 401, visible from the 401 and near the top of the hill going to Toronto just before the road dips and then comes up again to the exit to the rest stop. I was driving and looking up at the moon. I saw a light at 2 o'clock of my position off of the road. At first I thought it was a small plane because it was close to the ground and once I realized that it was not a plane, I was startled.

The light didn't flash, but pulsed or throbbed and the object was not moving very fast in order to be a plane and was not stationary because it approached the area and it was not because I was driving closer to it. I could tell the difference because of on the right were towers that had flashing lights that I could use as a visual reference. The object began to flash each panel of light around it's entire perimeter and as one panel was light up the other ones on either side also light up but less so. Each panel lit up in a counter clockwise motion around the perimeter of the object. each panel was quite large in comparison to the overall height. They took up about a third of the entire height. I could not pull over or stop, there was nowhere to do that off of the highway at that time.

I kept driving about 1km ahead and pulled into the rest stop. I could still see the pulsing light in the distance where I originally spotted it. I asked someone if they had seen it, and he said no. I have no idea if anyone else spotted this thing, but it stayed in sight for about another 20 minutes. It was still there pulsing off in the distance as I drove away. It was not a star, it was hovering above the trees. It dipped once that I saw, but slowly. there was no mistaking those huge lit panels lighting up on the sides and rotating around the perimeter of this large thing. I cannot believe no one else said anything or pulled over. If I had not been looking up at the moon I probably would not have noticed the light at all, because it was off to the right of the road. and it pulsed, not flashed. It was unlike any plane or known crafts lighting behavior. this pulsed and the lights around the sides were unmistakable. I had to draw a picture of it as soon as I got home.

As I paid for gas, the attendant had said their debit machine had been not working all day and was hoping that she could try my card and it would work. that was the only peculiar electrical disturbance i noticed. they could not figure out why their particular machine was not working. my card was the first to work that day for them. this could just be an idea of reference, but I had to mention it.

He was unceremoniously deposited in a leaving dome about 200 miles from the spot in which he first encountered the light. The time of his "nervousness" was 3:50 a.m., according to his sedentary watch. On every occasion he was found, participating in mid-day next, he had a report with him that he bought in his Naposta put up of Bahia Blanca, which lie southwest of Buenos Aires by the 200 miles noted. That report provided acceptance for his story, Brill writes.

During his lift in a clinic, it was noticed that cloud on his head and chest had been cut or engaged (not by nail clippers). He suffered no ill after-effects.

The Villas Boas case is one alleged to be instigated by a CIA/military psy-operation, according to DoD/CIA useful Bosco Nedelcovic, who told me the story in the late 1970s.

Nick Redfern covers the minutes in his book "Contactees" [Part 20].

Nedelcovic on hand a parcel that's unpleasantly to be acquainted with by in the least but keenly unchallenged by persons who've intended the maneuverings of the CIA and military, the assumed psychological operations.

Villas Boas was, Nedelcovic alleged, calm by a special unit whose headland was to verify false alien contact. The unit operated in South America, with the wait of A.I.D. and as well in Hot Britain, in which Nedelcovic alleged they were qualities of the infamous Scoriton contact with a man named Bryant.

My greatest is that the Diaz picture mimics the Boas incident, but on the order of twenty years following.

Was Nedelcovic privy to such false actions. It seems so. (The UFO UpDates history has above on Nedelcovic, relating the CIA and child-nappings with a difficult sexual article.)

Still, Vallee's and Aubeck's "Wonders in the Sky" is bursting - and I mean bursting - with meet abduction-like events: Order 48, 108, 116, 163, 171, 233, 337, and plentiful above.

The CIA wasn't selected subsequently to die such "fairy-tale" nor were show other groups able to verify, so vividly, such absurd stagings.

So, was Boas to all intents and purposes qualities of a CIA anxiety, and Diaz too? Did apiece men contain meet psychotic-induced hallucinations? Or were apiece men engaged by entities new, ETs or otherwise?

Military Serviceman Films Ufo Over Camp Pendleton Pictures

Date: Majestic 19, 2010Time: Approx: 8:30 p.m.Hand over is the picture that I took from my iPhone. Award were one witnesses in my base uptown area that saw it. At first existing were 3 lights forming a triangle. Later one of the lights (the one in the build wholesome mess moved out. I was able to reply angrily this photo forward it wholly moved out justification. It happened on Majestic 19, 2010 at in the region of 8:30pm. Whilst the sighting I called PMO and the Sgt on faithfulness whispered that they've acknowledged a variety of telephone calls about the weird lights and that it was the Game Keeper using a heart. Included is the person photo and I went on my iMac and zoomed in and tried to alter the openness to see the object pompous. Not sure if you guys can professionally nothing short of up and grab in on the photo, but you can see an originate of a triangular craft. Prior to meeting Wally Chariton, I had read his book the TEXAS
AIRSHIP MYSTERY and got to thinking about practical methods to
duplicate many of the airship sightings.

After generating this file, I gave him a copy to see what he thought
about it. We also discussed Keely and other flight possiblities.
Wally said he "wished he had known all this BEFORE writing his book"
and he would have included much of it as additional information in
his book.

Analysis of the 1897 Airships -- November 18, 1990
(inspired by Wallace Chariton's "Texas Airship Mystery")

Observations about possible technologies used in the 1897 airships.

There are several different modes of flight covered in the combined
case histories of these mystery airships.

1) the Winged airship - uses wings which flap to provide lift
as well as propulsion and steering

2) the Gas airship - uses a form of gasbag for lift
and wings or propellers for propulsion
and steering

3) the Aero airship - uses a sophisticated type of air
moving engine in conjunction with the
aerodynamic shape of the ship for both
lift and propulsion

4) the Magnetic airship - uses an unknown form of magnetic,
Aether or neutral center technology
for lift and propulsion

the Winged Airship

The Winged airship copies the form of a bird wing in a vastly larger
size as based on the descriptions of the wings witnessed. It is
possible that a wing surface might be constructed of a sufficiently
light material and with the proper "feathering" movements.

This "feathering" movement would follow the natural pattern of the
bird wing in that separate thin plates would be hinged so that a
wing moving in a downward motion would cause the plate to take a
horizontal position for maximum air movement.

When the wing moved up, the hinged plate would assume a vertical
position for the minimum resistance to air flow. The speed of the
wing up and down movement would depend on the wing surface area and
the thrust velocity necessary to lift the payload.

Though inefficient when compared to propellers or jets, such a
device would fly. There are available today, mechanical models of
birds which fly using just such a flapping motion.

the Gas Airship

The first airship in modern times was flown by the Montgolfiers in
1783. It used hot air although other lifting gases such as coal gas
and hydrogen were used.

Helium was first discovered by Lockyer in 1868 while viewing the
yellow spectral lines of sodium in rays from the sun. Helium was
first produced on Earth by Ramsay in 1895 from the mineral clevite.

One case in particular mentions a "secret" gas extracted from air
passing through chambers containing certain chemicals.

In this case, the airship is said to be both propelled and sustained
by a gas which had the property of great compressibility under a
slight pressure and a correspondingly great power of expansion.
Helium fits this description.

Chemistry rates the elements in order of Terrestrial Abundance and
Cosmic Abundance. In terms of Terrestrial Abundance, Helium has no
listing, yet in terms of Cosmic Abundance, Hydrogen is listed as 3.5
times 10 to the 8th or 350,000,000 followed closely by Helium at 3.5
times 10 to the 7th or 35,000,000.

Now Helium being such a very light gas, must surely be present in
quantity in the upper stratosphere of the Earth. Since Hydrogen and
Oxygen are both present in our air, Helium must also be present
though somewhat rarified. It is not so improbable that a process
could be envisioned which could remove Helium DIRECTLY from the air.

Another possibility can be seen in work which Nikola Tesla carried
out prior to the turn of the 20th century. It involved a device
known as a Tesla Turbine and could compress air to capture Ozone in
a highly condensed state.

Tesla indicated that this compressed Ozone was highly efficient AS A
MOTIVE FORCE. In fact, Tesla designed a flying device based on this
very principle, although, to my knowledge it was never built.

Oxygen as it occurs in nature is referred to as "molecular oxygen"
since it has 2 atoms. Atomic oxygen on the other hand has only 1
atom and is extremely rare due to its tendency to attach to almost
anything. This is the basis for the "free radical" theory of aging.

Ozone is oxygen with 3 or more oxygen atoms. It is formed by
electrical excitation or ionizing radiation in the form of
ultraviolet light.

This excitation causes the disruption of some molecular oxygen
groupings to generate free radicals which bond to the more stable
molecular oxygen groupings.

Of course, the Ozone layer is the hot topic for the past couple of
years so we know that Ozone could be used as a lifting or propulsive
gas.

the Aero Airship

This type of airship is most intriguing. It indicates that the
inventor had a very sophisticated understanding of aerodynamic
principles.

A German Aeronautical engineer came up with a form of propulsion in
the late 40's and early 50's which he termed an AERODYNE. Not an
airplane, since it took full advantage of aerodynamic principles.

The body of the ship was an inverted teardrop over which was
suspended a propeller, jet or source of high air movement.

Using the principle of BOUNDARY LAYER DRAG, the moving air was
ENTRAINED to the surface of the inverted teardrop to form a jet of
highly collimated air as it exited the tip of the teardrop.

The Boundary Layer was first discovered by Prandtl in the early
1900's. His work was further improved upon by Tesla, Coanda and
Venturi.

Basically, any rapidly moving fluid, including air will "stick" to
the surface of a mass and generate miniature whirlpools which tend
to slow down the movement of the air. If the mass is to be moved
through the air or fluid, then the body of the mass should be
designed as efficiently as possible to minimize this drag.

Note that many of the airship cases and one in particular show the
shape of the ship to be a "Mexican cigar" or a cylinder which tapers
to a point on each end.

This ship provided a most fascinating description of something
called a SNAIL-SHELL DEVICE.

"At each end of the ship is a large steel snail-shell device,
which was the apparatus by which the strange machine was
PROPELLED.

Large gasoline engines caused whichever of these are in use
to REVOLVE RAPIDLY, and to BORE THROUGH THE AIR, dragging or
pulling the ship along at a wonderful rate of speed."

"Two more of these devices are attached to each side and near
the end of the ship and ARE USED FOR STEERING."

"To RAISE THE MACHINE, a like apparatus ON TOP is set in
motion."

The ship was described as being cigar-shaped, about 200 feet long,
and 50 feet across at the widest point, gradually narrowing to a
point at both ends.

At each end of the ship was a LARGE STEEL SNAIL-SHELL DEVICE that
was used to propel the strange machine.

Now anyone who is familiar with natural geometry knows of the
Fibonacci and the Golden Ratio (PHI). The Fibonacci series begins
with 1, add another 1 to yield 2, then add the last two numbers to
get the next in the series.

Thus, 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,...etc.. Examples of this series
occurs in Nature in the form of spirals of tiny florets in the core
of daisy blossoms, pine cones, pineapples, seashells, leaves and a
host of other areas. These patterns occur in both clockwise and
counter-clockwise flows.

Once the number 3 is passed in the Fibonacci series, we come to the
ratio known as the Golden Ratio. This is 1:1.618.

During the early part of the 20th century, Victor Schauberger
studied the flow of water and the motion of fish. He discovered a
principle which he termed IMPLOSION.

Schauberger says that man uses EXPLOSIVE techniques in his devices
which generate heat, are inefficient and destructive to Nature.
IMPLOSION on the other hand, generates cold, is overly efficient
(>100%) and is constructive in Nature.

Now, a spiral built on the Snail shell principle would take
advantage of this IMPLOSION for tremendous if not over-unity
efficiencies. Therefore, not much energy would be required to
operate the engines.

So here we have an airship built using the AERODYNE principles in
addition to the IMPLOSION spiral principle.

the Magnetic Airship

This is another intriguing concept mentioned in the Wilson airship
case. The wheel rim seems to be the key to understanding the
propulsive mechanism of this device. The description follows:

"To elevate or depress the ship while flying through the air a
small wheel at the stern of the boat is operated.

This wheel is something like that in a ship's pilot house,
but instead of having spokes there was an arrangement of
MAGNETS connected with wires to storage batteries.

BY PASSING THE CURRENT OVER THE TIRE OF THE WHEEL, the
operator was ABLE TO OVERCOME GRAVITY THUS ELEVATING THE SHIP.

BY PASSING THE CURRENT IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AND UNDER THE
TIRE THE WEIGHT OF THE SHIP WAS INCREASED and could sink like
a shot to the earth,

and by passing the currents in OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS AT THE SAME
TIME, the vessel would remain HORIZONTAL AT ANY DISTANCE FROM
THE EARTH."

I believe this uses the principle of the neutral center as
discovered and developed by John W. Keely in the late 1900's.

Basically, it creates an artificial center of gravity which moves at
a greater velocity than the natural center of gravity. By altering
the physical position of the artificial center in relation to the
fixed natural center, the ship will follow that movement in ANY
DIRECTION.

This involves relatively radical concepts which are laced throughout
KeelyNet.

Vanguard note

What we find most intriguing is that John W. Keely, namesake of
the KeelyNet BBS, had demonstrated a flying machine to the US
ARMY in 1893. After the Army turned down Keely's offer of the
flying machine, little is mentioned of what happened to it or
the research pertaining to it.

Not to add fuel to any conspiracy but we have found something
disturbing in regard to the book written by Clara Bloomfield
Moore on Keely in the late 1890's. The title is "Aerial
Navigation" and was intended to promote Keely's concepts
PARTICULARLY in regard to the system of flight as evinced by
the title.

Through the gracious sharing of Mr. Victor Hansen, we were
allowed to copy THE MISSING CHAPTERS of the book, which were
INTENTIONALLY REMOVED from a re-issued version of the book
sometime in the very late 1890's or early 1900's. We have no
idea who might have done this but it could be reasonably
assumed that someone did not want Keely's information in the
public eye.

Note that only 4 years after this, the Airship sightings took
place with indications of a secret group of investors
sponsoring the research and testing as hinted at in some of the
pilot interviews.

The information gleaned from the interviews with the pilots of
these machines provides very little in the way of technical
information although what is offered is most tantalizing.

Despite the dated sighting (1897), the surviving information
suggests the existence of at least one group of individuals who
seem to have kept the technology hidden.

Perhaps the UFO phenomenon is indeed intentional misdirection
on the part of these individuals to keep investigators from
discovering the true source (and technology) relating to anti-
gravity and free energy. Of course, other vested interests
might also take actions to suppress such technologies which
simply add to the problems.

Speculation can easily run rampant when confronted with
information such as this and as shown in the most excellent
book "Genesis" by W. A. Harbinson. The book is definitely
science fiction yet weaves much of the factual information into
an amazing story.

It hints that one of the pilots of the airships giving the name
Wilson might have developed a highly sophisticated and secret
community which survives even to this day in the frozen wastes
of Anti-Antartica.

Would that Harbinson had information on Keely, he could have
easily substituted Keely for Wilson without missing a beat.
The analogies are striking. However, Keely is recorded as
dying in 1898 although conversations with other Keely
researchers speculate on the possibility that he did not die.

I first heard about this case from an article I read in Nexus Magazine's November-December 2005 edition, which was a reprint of an article that was from Unicus Magazine. The author of the article is Robert Stanley and what I read was part 2 of 2 that is excerpted from a book the author was writing called, Capitol Offense: Alien Incursions of Restricted Airspace. My attention was brought back to this case when the White House and Air Force One photographer being written about in this article contacted me over the internet and put me on to his web site. He has done extensive analysis of his UFO/ETV pictures taken of alien activity on and around the White House.

This individual wishes to remain anonymous because of the sensitivity of his job and the high level contacts he has. I was very impressed by the analysis of his pictures that he has done and has available on the Internet. Some of his extraterrestrial contact does seem to be with the so called Greys that I and many others don't hold in very high esteem to say the least. This contactee might dispute this issue as he has stated that these ETs are peaceful.

It is generally accepted in the UFO/ET community that this type of ET is unethical and deceptive and bent on exploiting, infiltrating and possibly colonizing humanity from within. This is being achieved through genetic manipulation, fear and infiltration into the super-secret, highly classified national security system and autocratic power structure this race favors.

It is this secret system that secretly acknowledges and deals with extraterrestrial reality while suppressing that truth to the public. In my estimation such a secret control system operating under the guise of national security is a perfect environment and cover for stealthy infiltration and colonization of our society from within.

That said, because this individual has such high level credentials and pictures to back up his testimony that I believe more people need to know about this case. He and I had a very considerable email exchange over the period of a couple of days and I may send some of our local contactee video to him for analysis and distribution to his contacts.

It's important that high level policy makers realize that ET activity is not all negative and that they must be careful not to be fearfully manipulated by the unethical races into taking a indiscriminate hostile approach to extraterrestrial reality. The more ethical races are averse to interacting with the secret government and prefer instead to operate and create alliances as openly and transparently as possible through the whole of society.

Generally the more ethical races favor full open disclosure and maximum transparency before becoming more intimately involved with our society including any longstanding formal alliances or treaties. I think any short term formal contact is predicated on and dependent on full and open disclosure of extraterrestrial realities.

In this second Nexus article of a two part series there is further discussion of this individuals credentials. The contactee-abductee says he worked for ABC news for over 18 years as a senior engineer. More specifically he was an ABC senior network engineer, TOC ( Tactical Operations Center ) which is master control for ABC news. He says he worked extensively at the White House and on Air Force One. He worked under Reagan, Bush, and Clinton and I think he is still working under the current administration.

His father was a high level scientist at PMEL (Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory) and his fathers work was very classified and covert. Partly because of his father's work this contactee-abductee earned a masters degree in image technology and engineering.

He grew up on military bases around the world. In Sculthorpe, a base in England, he had a group of ETs enter his room when he was five years old in 1962. I suspect that this one of those cases where ET contact runs in the family and I would not be surprised that this person's father or mother were not abductees themselves.

This individual's second encounter was at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. The craft landed in a farm pasture across the street from base housing and he awoke at night with a single entity in his bedroom. This abductee while consciously forgiving seems from this account to suggest the usual unconscious, traumatic, fearful and invasive encounters that are so common amongst abductees. He still has sleep disorders to this day often sleeping in the daytime rather than at night.

His third encounter was when he took the White House pictures and there is a detailed discussion of the analysis of the pictures in the Nexus article. I think this case is important because it is another example as to the degree of the Grey's covert infiltration into the secret aspects of our society posing a very real threat. A case such as this needs to be put into perspective however.

People should not become trapped in their thinking and fearful emotions that these less ethical ETs predominate overall just because they do predominate in certain parts of our society where an environment of autocratic power, secrecy, and deception favor their infiltration and manipulation of humanity. High level autocrats both civilian and military seem to be primary targets for infiltration and control, but autocrats throughout society are vulnerable as well. The one thing that these ETs can't handle is exposure, openness and democracy and so long as secrecy prevails in these matters we are all in danger of exploitation and possible colonization by the less ethical ET races.

Didcot Oxford England Three Bright Lights

May perhaps not replica out any shape of the craft in opposition to the night sky, it was about 150 feet up, no circle. The lights would upgrade on for about 2 seconds afterward go out, blackness for 3 seconds while the lights came sanction on the object seamed to be zig zagging bit by bit on both sides of the sky. The lights bit by bit went out of sight in the demeanor of Benson, east of Didcot. Grant was lost of other planes in the sky at the time, a lot far ahead up in the sky, on the other hand and I can be taught and see them next to their lights on.

Object Came From The Big Dipper And Then A Hugh Flash Over Haverhill New Hampshire

Date: February 22, 2012Time: Sundown. Saw an orb on 2/22/12 in Haverhill NH and it came out of the stump of the down dipper. Looked make somebody's day a sensation, but inspired in westerly management. Formerly looking at it for a two of a kind of seconds it became a very whopping tablet of pasty light, make somebody's day from a blaze tuber on an old produced camera. Niagara Falls Ontario Two Round Ufos With Red Strobbing Light In The Middle

Location of Sighting: Corner of Sodom Road and Q.E.W. Highway, Niagara Falls.

Shape of objects: Round.

Full Description of event/sighting: At 8:00 p.m. I was driving back from Fort Erie, Ontario toward Niagara Falls and took the Sodom Road exit off the Q.E.W. As I merged onto Sodom Road, I noticed up to the right in the sky, there were 2 hovering objects. They did not move and they both had round bottoms. One was higher than the other, but they weren't that far away. They had a red strobbing light in the middle and a bright white light on each side. My daughter and her 2 friends were in the back seat. I told them to look quickly out their windows, because I could not believe my eyes. They were freaking out in the back seat, but were also in awe. I pulled over to get a better look. They didn't move and the red light kept flashing. I can not make sense out of what we saw, except that it must have been UFOs. But why here, in Niagara?

The following was originally published in the Fall 1994 edition of "E.L.F. INFESTED SPACES - Journal of Possible Paradigms":

RESEARCHER FOCUS: Dr. Karla Turner

My first exposure to abduction researcher/ experiencer Dr. Karla Turner was on September 26, 1992. She was speaking to an audience of approximately 200 people in Austin, Texas. The mini-conference also featured Ed Conroy and George Wingfield, and was organized by the local Austin MUFON chapter. I have seen very little from abduction researchers that I qualified as being of any significance, so Dr. Turner was a particularly unexpected surprise.

She comes across as very strong willed, a trait she may already have had, but which could have been tempered by her interactions with this phenomena. She admits to not knowing the origin of UFOs or their occupants. She simply reports the data that she gathers and experiences herself (about three hundred cases at that time). Some have been critical of her calling attention to "negative" cases. She admits to reporting on those aspects, but is quick to point out that, a) these reports exist, and other researchers are sweeping them under the rug, and b) there are already a number of sources for cases showing "positive" interactions with supposed benevolent entities. Part of her focus seems to be an attempt to strike a balance. How can we gain an objective perspective if we are not hearing all the data?

This mini-conference coincided with the release of her first book on the subject, "Into The Fringe". Shortly after her talk I bought the book and thoroughly enjoyed it. It details the emergence of the UFO and abduction phenomena into her family's life and their struggle with the ongoing experiences. It is a very personal account which begins in 1987-1988.

Karla earned her B.A. from California State University, her M.A. from the University of Nottingham in England, and her Ph.D. in Old English Studies from the University of North Texas. She is a skeptic in the best sense of the word, but she does believe that something extraordinary is going on.

Her 1992 Austin speech was less about her own experiences, and more about the overall points of interest that she noticed in her research (300 cases she investigated with the help of Barbara Bartholic and others-Barbara had worked with Jacques Vallee on the mysterious cattle mutilations sometimes associated with UFOs). In her speech Karla made twenty specific points regarding trends noticed in the data. These trends are not specifically found in her book "Fringe," although they are there thematically. The trends reflect darker sides of hidden memory and sexual encounters, which seem to be power plays to dominate the abductee, rather than simple hybridization studies.

These trends continue to be seen in the eight case studies in her most recent book, "Taken - Inside The Alien / Human Abduction Agenda". In the book, and during her speech at the July 1994 Annual International MUFON Symposium in Austin, Texas, she made some very important assertions regarding the UFO and abduction phenomena:

"The abductee also learns from experience that the aliens induce an altered perceptive state in humans during every encounter. Employed for control, it can be used to prevent any undesired responses from the abductee. And the altered state also prevents any objective assessment of the situation by the witness. This means that the witness can only report what was seen, felt, and heard, which is not necessarily a reflection of what actually occurred. By inducing and manipulating altered consciousness in the abductee, the aliens assume full control of the situation and thus exert control over the data reported by the witness."

"Abductees report alien-controlled information. This is a fact abduction researchers must face... Until the day we can unmask the alien illusions, however, we can at least study the entire body of reported data, controlled though it may be, trying to learn more about why certain images and events are employed and what they can tell us about the covert directors of these scenarios."

This statement and her coining of the term Virtual Reality Scenario to describe these altered perceptions are the best recent developments within the abduction research field. They enable us to discuss these experiences as REAL, but with the added potential inherent in describing some encounters as non-physical while there are still other more physical encounters.

Another positive aspect of Taken (in my estimation) is the inclusion of much testimony described as "UFO dreams." Once again we see the flowing together of dream experiences" with "real" experiences and hypnotically retrieved "memories." The results are fascinating! Though much of the abductee narratives could be seen as particularly negative, the overwhelming feeling that I came away with after reading the book, and which the abductees themselves seem to have come away with, is a deep sense of ambiguity and indeterminacy. Even if this seems daunting in the search for truth it could just be the ultimate result of our encounters with the unknown. Perhaps we can take some solace in Dr. Turner's belief that these intelligences are truly "physical, finite and fallible." If this is so, and they are not some aspect of ourselves or God then we may indeed be able to develop defenses against their intrusions into our reality.
