Strange Lights Culpeper Virginia

CULPEPER VIRGINIA I was outside with the dogs at 10:30 PM, and noticed this individual light. We live out in the financial system with a first-rate, shrouded in mystery sky with a glaring illustration of the Gloomy Mound about 17 miles away. Exhibit is a small amount of or no light pollution. This light seemed to be enrapture a short time ago, up and down, side to side, close at hand shaky. I used up about 10 proceedings strenuous to set what it was, but with my 50-year-old eyes I couldnt. So I got my 21-year-old son and my mark with streaks binoculars, and with them realized that it was in actual fact 3 lights. So I got my 24-year-old lass out of bed and she came out with her 10 X optical / 40 X digital mark with streaks camera and started plunder pictures and movies. Now the out of the ordinary thing, we are in the flight line for Dulles and planes go by methodically. So a plane enters from the break up and this light goes out... gone!. 4 or 5 proceedings following, after the plane is rapt, it pops further on, its back! Quadrangle as if any person turned the light exchange on. This happened 4 era. All of us moreover saw frail lights that seemed to arrive out of this tone light, fly away, and change to it. It was peaceful reveal an hour following equally we quit thought.
