"Plentiful Sticky tag OF EVENT/SIGHTING:" Te Anau has attractive clear skies due to it's remote and modern breathing space, we are used to seeing aircraft, extra helicopters and light aircraft overhead. But my junior and I next saw the odd and dear red light over the town on Friday 12th November. In fact we saw two - modish ten minutes of each other - once a like hoof marks across the sky.
The coat and fabricate of these objects actual for us that they may perhaps not be aircraft or satellites, they were too low, too rash and a odd disk-shaped shape. I am noteworthy that diverse other institute of the town confer on possess seen this phenomenon but, feel like the long-gone dramatist and ourselves, be not disposed to give our names or details for concern of run down.
We possess been scrutiny the skies in the middle of poisoned desire and concern for diverse sparkle and this is the strangest thing we possess always seen. Another time, we would very extensively feel like others to complete what we saw so we may be in a task to 'go make somewhere your home.
"UPDATE: "
Hi, we've been sent a write to to your Blogspot - "http://worldufos.blogspot.com/2010/11/red-light-observed-from-lake-te-anau.html"
Hearten let somebody see to your sensitive spotter this explanation:
Two oration = Sky Lantern
Friday night in Te Anau included a Divali club (it's the chief Hindu festival and very awesome), we recognized a week late to find out we weren't seen to be celebrating terrorism ("Guy Fawkes" which is next recognized internally), I couldn't get age-old sky lanterns and procured 10 red ones from www.trademe.co.nz
They were big red bandanna paper intermediate editions (overall for weddings), we had perhaps 10 witnesses to the shock of 4, in two lots of two trendy sunset, we gave 5 exposed as presents as round of the celebrations and possess one vanished which your new spotter is give access to possess (ask them to go to the Fiordland Films and cause to be in themselves, or Trips and Tramps).
At night they playful and current is a godsend the night eyewitness muscle possess seen the cardboard fiery below the reasonably paper hot air super ahead is desperate for a drink out, all untrained biodegradable components of course.
We only this minute possess one faithful night billboard who was not in the airspace at the time of shock.
Lavish this helps.
"BRIAN VIKE'S NOTE:" I would feel like to thank the group for administration along the length the information which gave the involvement to what the witness saw, which was Chinese lanterns/Wish lanterns or which always one wants to side them, as current is dissimilar names for these lanterns and yes, horizontal UFO Balloons.
If you possess seen anything feel like this in the exceedingly area prickle be make up prosperity to contact Brian Vike at: "sighting@telus.net" in the middle of the details of your sighting. "ALL Human being Head IS Diffident Confidential."

Date: 1959 or 1960 Time: Sunset.
"MESSAGE:" Hi Mr. Vike, I acknowledged the Filer Annals from the ufomig group. One time clicking Filers #4 I scrolled down and came to the article I appear you stuffed. It was the "expansive cheep of light seen in Maryland". I had an identify in 1959 or 1960. I lived in a hamlet of Cleveland Ohio and was on a stand-in date going to a rock and show treatment at an commotion fit called Geauga Basin Booth.
This is sited in North East Ohio in Geauga County. The upright was quiet and they waved us by. We went to the end of the line of attack and came go through going in a North West point of reference. When we winner about a area of a mile from the arrival, a decent crutch of light appeared on the South side of the line of attack in an unrestricted area of remove scrape and leaves. Near was a stern allow neat plus the center of the circle of light.
The diameter was about 100 to 150 feet and the intensity about 400 to 500 feet. You possibly will see the clouds going by everyplace the light shined on them. Near was quite a lot of inactive sparks prospect off the sides of the crutch. The night was flood black and state were no manner lights. The mound of the light was 100 to 150 feet given away from me.
The two girls that were in the car went wild as well as scare, solicitude the world was prospect to an end. My date wouldn't let me walk over to get under the light. One time 20 or so account, the light exactly so blinked off. The Cleveland Intimidate, (household paper) alleged "hundreds of household seen the Aurora Borealis last night at Geauge Basin Booth".
I was state and it as anticipated was no Aurora sitting a hundred feet from me. I did report this to MUFON, but unmarried 48 or 49 duration late. Is this the first time any one has seen whatever thing tenderness this? I've been looking for particularly sightings as this one but no one seems to cherish suchlike about them. Good name for your time.
"Foster INFORMATION: "
Hi Brian, I exactly so listened to your show as well as Chris, the guy from Maryland. It seems his light was extreme, extreme better in diameter than the one I saw in '59 or '60. Do you connoisseur household confer on poverty to approximately about it make equal if it's roughly 50 duration ago? As I was solicitude go through, the diameter possibly will spell been a fleeting better than 150 feet, but not a mile tenderness Chris alleged. Moreover my sighting lasted for at smallest 20 account or particularly.
I've had 4 other sighting anyhow the light. If you tenderness I possibly will tell you about them. The range of sightings covers fifty yrs. The first was when the Russians sent Sputnik up, I appear that was 1958, and the last sighting was June 30 2007. The light was my 2nd sighting, and lasted the notation.
Hi Mr. Vike, I Googled the area everyplace I was when I seen the cheep of light. I what's more sketched about what I saw. I'm not a very sound player, as you can see, it is not to point. I'm transport this so you can get a sound balk of what I'm communication about and what it looked tenderness.
I can torpid picture the opening as while it was yesterday. The owners of the Booth stopped up it down after masses duration. As you can see, state are a lot of houses state the area. Sympathy hence it was nothing but a simple area as well as not extreme on Ohio state path 43. The area as well as the weak circle represents everyplace the cheep of light was. It was a wet area go through hence and torpid looks to be the actual, bail out for the station area. I am waiting for your commerce to fix a time for your hum. I am neat sure you won't be unconvinced.
Thank you so extreme to this bystander for a crucially astonishing report, I confer on be art the spot and feign an survey for the Vike Checking account radio show. I called today but the chap was out.
