Note that the last major UFO sighting was in 2004 here in Taiwan.
I Scott C. Waring, an amateur UFOlogist in Taiwan did something that most people might call a waste of money and time. I sent a message into deep space using radio waves. This time I did something even more unusual, I asked for something.
The last two sentences in my message said: "Please have more UFO sightings in Taiwan this Year. I will help reveal your presence, but I need U 2 help." That message was sent from Goonhilly earth station on March 29, 2010 at 02h42 (GMT). Photo below.
On March 31, 2010 an assistant professor for South China University (in Taiwan) recorded a flying saucer with a half circle orb on its bottom. Mrs. Lai took some photos with here cell phone as she saw an object half the size of a car, hovering along the telephone lines of a road, as if it was accessing the data transfer along the cables. This photo was in newspapers across Taiwan and also broadcasted on Taiwan TV news programs. The photos are below.
It does appear as if the deep space radio message was answered. In this case, sending radio transmissions into space may be a means to communicate to other intelligent species beyond our planet. For them to respond to such a message in 24 to 28 hours would indicate that they are relatively close by, unlike what NASA would want us to believe. Not to mention that SETI refuses to send messages, but instead is intent on only listening for messages sent to them. If you have ever waited for a letter in the mail then you know that that method could take a very long grueling time.
Since radio waves travel at the speed of light, and light travels at 186,282 miles per second, that means this message would have only traveled 16, 104,000,000. This would encompass our solar system and a little beyond, but for them to react so quickly would mean that the chances that they came from our solar system are very high.
To accomplish this, I used a giant satellite dish at Goonhilly, UK that was once the world's largest earth station.
Clearly, with such evidence, sending a message into deep space is not futile, but rather both a method of preservation of the information and new way of communication with new species. Sending messages into space is a fun way to let other species aware that you know they exist, and to let them know, you exist too! I have sent all four of my books I wrote into space in their totality using these methods in hope they will be read elsewhere.

FEARFUL ALIEN ENCOUNTER IN PORT DEPOST MARYLAND OCTOBER 9, 2013 PORT DEPOSIT MARYLAND I felt a disturbance in my side. I began to think about alien related topics, such as telepathic communication with beings, possible abductions/contact in the past, etc. Against my control, I walked to a chair (one I usually dont sit in) in my living room and gazed out the back door. I noticed a bright glowing gold craft appear in the sky, shortly followed by another beside it. I ran outside to stare at them. They displayed movement and light in which Ive never thought possible of any aircraft. I noticed they shut their lights off, and I turned around and noticed my parents inside my house. I went back inside to tell them the great news, but they dismissed it. My mom then left and my step-dad went to bed. I kept staring out the back door, and I saw them again. I ran to my room to grab the dislocated scope of a gun to get a better look at them. When I went back outside, they were glowing very bright, with bursts of light. I walked out into a field to get closer. As I gazed upon the crafts, I felt an inner joy, a great bliss, in which Ive never felt before. I periodically lost control of my body, and it seemed as if I offered myself to the crafts. I dont have much memory from that, but the next thing I remember was me holding up the scope to get a glimpse of the second craft, it seemed to come closer to me. I viewed it with great detail, it looked like nothing I could even imagine. It also seemed to let out a white light, which seemed as if it was aimed in my direction. I then took the scope away and saw beings maybe 15 feet away from me. I became overwrought with fear, and I began to hyperventilate. I turned to run, but I didnt make it far. I found myself unable to control myself, and I turned around to stare at them more. It appeared as if one came towards me, and at that moment, I managed to turn and run away. I remained outside and called a close friend, emotionally breaking down. I still noticed the beings, but I looked away for a few seconds and they were gone, and I saw the crafts in the sky again. As I write this, I grow uncontrollably tired and I feel the disturbance in my side once more. NOTE: The above image is a rendering. In the case of Reptilians who were instigating malicious abduction events I've had situations where a blinding, bright orange orb was positioned directly in front of me, coinciding with the extremely loud siren sound and headache techniques discussed as follows."
I love a good Reptilian story! And no, I'm not being flip, I really do. What's behind all that, I have no idea. Not having experienced anything related to Reptilians, not for me to say. As to the orbs, "my" orb experience involved an intelligently controlled, or, sentient itself, orange orb. No loud sounds however,though, there was missing time, telepathic communications and terrifying dreams, among other happenings.
Whatever one makes of stories like Bakeman's, it's most definitely a UFO-Fortean's kind of story.
