Full Description of event/sighting: This is in response to the Astorville sighting. I was on my way to work early Wednesday morning. I was driving west on hwy. 17 from Bonfield to North Bay, I saw what looked like lit up clouds to the south of me which would be over towards Astorville. As I was driving I could see bands of clouds with open sky in between them and at the end of one of the cloud banks it was like a pure white light was on behind it and the light washed over it into the open area. I kept on driving and watching it as best that I could as watching for animals in the dark is always a good idea. It persisted for about 5 minutes and then just disappeared. It wasn't the sun coming up as it was to my south not east and the sun doesn't rise at 4:15. Since my first sighting about 2 years ago, the bright green/blue dome light incident I have spotted strange phenomenon's two other times not including this. No I don't believe the young lady who saw what she saw, is crazy.

I stepped outside one night at about 9:40P.M. on 5-19-2012,and as I walked to my car I was facing DUE West and right in front of me,[which is actually 3 houses away from me, but, I had nothing in my way of sight] there was a Large Fire/Orange Ball desending right in front of me.. I don't remember just exactly how high it was when I first seen this, very bright object coming down from the sky,,,,,but,, without any warning or anything to suggest that something is about to happen,,,,,This redish/orange ball is coming down from the sky that is about the size of a small house,,When suddenly 7 VERY White, Very Bright and READY these 7 very white very Bright were also VERY FLAT... Flat, as in the lights gave NO flare or glow or beam, don't know what it may be called when a light goes on and you can see the light filling-up the darkness,,,The SHIPs 7 lights gave off None of what a normal light does when its turned on....Ok,,,READY for this one,,,,,,As this Craft desended at one point the 7 lights came on BLINKING VERY VERY FAST,,,,,,WHICH in turn caused THE CRAFT to Slow its decent and the BLINKING SLOWED as the CRAFT Slowed down, until it came to a complete stop just above a 2 story apartment building.....NO noise at all from the time I first seen it coming down, it made NO noise..After about 5 minutes this craft moved very slowly but steady due North, into Blackstone,MA.as it was moving a niebor was there I showed her and then went in my house and got my wife and son,, at that time this Craft was a mere Fire/orange Ball moving silently north....Ok These Very White and Bright lights were in fact,, one of its PROPULTION Systems...When the lights first came on blincking it kinda blinded my for a second[ kinda like a camera flash]....Me, I have been looking at the sky day/night mostly night time,, since I was 19 years old, hoping to see anything awesome, which I have many times I seen some strange things in the sky, so, when I seen this red/orange ball coming down I wasn't excited yet, it could be anything,,,but When 7 lights come on blinking and slowing down the crafts DECENT,, this is REAL LIVING Thing controlling that........I will tell you in detail not sure if I forgot anything,, but I will tell the SAME thing under a lie-detector THE best can get[for real] and If I fail I will PAY FOR THE TEST.... Which I really have no money to waste,,and I see the GREATEST and very IMFORMATIONAL UFO sighting in the WORLD......OK READY for this one... Unless you've been spelunking somewhere or somehow have been disconnected from all forms of media, no doubt you've heard of the "UFO brouhaha" going on in China. Working backwards: the latest is a report of "lights" over the city of Chongqing, a major municipality in the southwestern part of the country.

Like ripples in a pond the "stories" quickly spread all over the Internet, and as one might suspect they often times become distorted. Accordingly, I like to go to the source(s), or the original splash if you will in order to try and deduce just what took place.

That being said, the task is indeed a tedious one for all the obvious reasons, primarily the language barrier, and translation ther, etc., thus after ingesting some aspirin I dove in.

The latest UFO report in Chongqing took place in the city's Shaping Park. According to the "Voice of China" (CNR News), on the evening of July 14th, at approximately, 8:00 pm witnesses reported seeing "4" lights; 3 white points forming a triangle, and one yellow light apart from the group. In contrast, shanghaidaily.com reported: "three had white lights but one was red."

By 9:40 pm the lights had faded out of sight. Curiously, and once again shanghaidaily.com reported that event only lasted an hour.

Witness accounts were filled with terms like, "floating," and or "drifting" and a Ms. Yang stated that she felt it was a helicopter taking pictures of Chongqing (Yangtze River Daily). Coincidently, from the same source it was reported that a helicopter was in the area, and that the tail has a "bright yellow glow."

The photograph shown above has been associated with the Chongqing event; however, there is no indication in the "source reports" that it was indeed an image taken from that night. In fact, the "source credit" is labeled "Beijing," which is over 2000 kilometers away. My feeling is that it is a "stock" UFO photo and NOT an image taken from the night in question.

I would like to initiate an open discussion as to how open negotiations between earth society and benevolent extraterrestrial races might proceed post-disclosure. What I hope will happen is that others may become involved who have some knowledge of this either in the public or classified world and together we can wrap our collective minds around this issue. I would not be surprised if negotiations might include both sanctions and incentives similar to how we handle things on earth so as to induce earth society to cooperate with universe society and not threaten the peace and security of the rest of the cosmic neighborhood.

Some evidence from multiple sources suggests that ethical civilized extraterrestrial races require certain preconditions to be met before there can be significant sustained contact between these civilizations and earth society. This would follow along the lines of Star Trek's prime directive. The first precondition seems to be that only limited secret contact with world governments is possible in return for and in preparation for open disclosure of extraterrestrial reality.

Once the first precondition of open disclosure is met then open negotiations between extraterrestrial races and earth society can begin in earnest. I suggest that further preconditions must be met by earth society before open direct sustained contact, trade and cultural exchanges are allowed.

My impression is that these preconditions for sustained contact and interaction are:

Nation-states must stop all hostile action against ethical extraterrestrial races.

Nation-states must settle their differences through the rule of law and not war, as well as eliminate weapons of mass destruction.

We must show major progress toward humane democratic population control.

We must show major progress toward solving our environmental problems.

We must show progress toward development of a civilized societal organizational structure based on cooperation not mutual predation.

We must understand that we co-inhabit earth and this solar system with other races and that any ideas of manifest destiny must be discarded.

If we meet these preconditions then I believe these would be the following incentives offered to us by the ethical extraterrestrial races.

Open fair trade

Cultural exchange

Technological exchange

Mutual defense treaties

Participation in collective extraterrestrial government

Enlightened guidance and advice

The deeper I get into understanding extraterrestrial reality the more I have come to realize that it is really not all that different out there as it is here. The laws of physics and evolution seem to apply elsewhere just as they do here and so too the laws of logic and reason. The only difference I can see is in orders of complexity.

I believe our earth based still primitive society will be able to meet the challenges of extraterrestrial reality now and in the future.
